The purpose of this contest is to gather names and e-mail addresses solely for the purposes of marketing Panama City Beach CVB, subject to the terms of the our Privacy Policy. Panama City Beach CVB reserves the right to cancel this contest at any time without prior notice.

Hotel accommodations include a 3-day/2-night stay for up to four people at Days Inn Beach. Hotel accommodations must be booked and used between June 1, 2007 and July 31, 2008. Some restrictions may apply. Reservations are required and acceptance is based on availability at the time of booking. Contest entrants must be at least 18 years old. The prize, or any portion of the prize, may not be redeemed for cash. Winners may give their prize to any third party of their choosing.

Winner will be selected and notified by Panama City Beach CVB. No entries will be accepted beyond October 31, 2007. Selection of winner is final and will be notified by November 15,2007. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to release Panama City Beach CVB, its affiliates and employees from any and all liability, claims, injuries, actions or proceedings arising out of and/or sustained in connection with any use, acceptance or possession of prize. Winner will be notified by email. If a winner is unable to use the prize, there will be no substitute prize or other compensation, and there will be no second winner chosen for the remainder of the contest period. Panama City Beach CVB employees, vendors and suppliers, and members of their families are not eligible to win. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
